Each Christmas, residents and their guests gather for some fun and frolic to celebrate the holiday season.
On this site, HCCTHA provides an opportunity for your perusal of the Covenants, Restrictions and Ammendments regarding the responisbilities of all owners/residents living in the Horizon Country Club Town House Community. Examples of information found in the documents include guidelines for parking of vehicles, animal ownership, required improvement guidelines to exterior of property, accumulation of disgarded items on exterior areas and guide lines for HMO dues. Also, included for review are the board meeting minutes and budget updates. Minutes remain available for view for the physical year. Included are city ordinances that apply to our community.
All residents and owners are encouraged to read these documents carefully to have knowledge of their contents. You are also encouraged to download and print these documents for your own files and ready access for personal reference.

It is important to the community to maintain open communication and provide all residents a point of view and opportunities to make recommendations or express concerns. As owners/residents, it is important to be involved participants in our community. Requests, comments, needs, or concerns are always welcome. Our community maintenance, safety and care are the responsiblity of us all. Requests, questions, or concerns can be placed in the community drop box beside #36 or mailed. An open invitation is given to each resident and owner to attend HCCTHA BOARD MEETINGS on the second Wednesday of each month. Locations are posted each month. Please consider attending your community board meetings. You are always welcome and your presence is apprecitated.
