The construction of the townhomes and establishment of the The Horizon Country Club Townhouse Association was begun in 1972. The bold attempt to create an oasis in the desert was concieved when nothing else existed near this area. Today, fifty-two years later, this shining oasis is enjoyed by our community do to the sustaining care, pride and consistent guidance of owners and residents who are willing to serve on the HCCTHA Board. The elected board today continues to interpret and follow the bylaws and covenants for the community. This process contributes a consistent approach to maintaining the intended integrity of the property for ownership and the common grounds. There are nine board members that are elected annually as overseers of the community. They care about our neighborhood and want to ensure that all are able to enjoy the common grounds. To continue the edicafacy of this place, the board encourages owners and residents to consider serving on the board. Do attend and participate in meetings and activites of this community.
