The Association meets monthly on the 2nd Monday of each month, with the exception of July and December. Minutes and budget reports are posted to the Website monthly.
A request for changes or additions to any exterior area must be submitted in writing along with photos or drawing for review and approval by the Association.
Yes, all vehicles must be in working condition, registered and plated. No multiple parking beyond ownership boundaries, no blocking of emergency vehicles, and no parked trailers.
The covenant states two pets are allowed in the home. Leashed pets may be walked on the property with care to pick up fecal matter. Dogs must be supervised; no pets tied outdoors, per the City of Horizon.
No building or structure of a temporary or permanent nature shall be placed on premises at any time. Any deviation from this should be reviewed and approved by the Association.
